We are able to offer a 60-Day Replacement Guarantee at no extra cost. If a crew™ member assigned to you leaves or is found to be unsuitable within the first 60 days from onboarding, we will ensure a replacement is given to you for the active seat with absolutely no additional fees.

Is there a long-term commitment?

Yes. crew™ engagements are usually offered with either a 6-month or a 12-month term engagement. This is to assure you of continuity, stability & successful integration of your remote staff.

How does pricing work?

We operate on a fixed monthly seat model starting at USD 1000 per staff, plus a one-time account activation fee. This covers both staffing support & administration, with zero placement fees.
